Elizabeth Upton

Elizabeth Upton is a writer and motivational speaker based in Santa Barbara, California. Prior to publishing her first book, she was a nun for two decades and also worked as a family counselor, social worker and probation officer for troubled youth. Elizabeth is a graduate of Syracuse University and earned her M.A. in psychology from Chapman University.
